I remember years ago studying, experimenting, and practicing Yogic Meditation.
I practiced silencing the chatter around and within me and attempted to just "be",
just exist. At that time in life I was amazed at how time seemed to slow down
and space seemed to increase.
Every minute seemed to have more time in it.
I felt joined to the space around me.
I became more present and perceptive.
Others noticed and would say things like
"You really pay attention to everyone",
"You are a great listener and are so observant".
You are really focused on hearing and understanding".
"You are really sensitive to others".
That was and is a great time in life.

how "brain function" works and more relevant to YouBeingYou,
she talks about what she experienced during and after a stroke caused by a brain tumor.
Great news... Jill is not promoting having to experience a brain tumor to have a
higher level of presence and harmony with your Spiritual Beingness.
There is training and there are processes to help in becoming more Spiritually aware.
